Requires a comprehensive knowledge of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), including Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) Transactions and Code Sets. Must have extensive skill in applying project management principles to manage multiple projects within established timelines. Must have a demonstrated skill in communicating both orally and in writing to a diverse audience. Ability to develop and maintain project budgets, resource plans, risk and contingency plans is required. Extensive experience in managing large-scale Information Technology (IT) projects that includes development of project work plans is also required.
