It is a very fast paced company. I was there for one year before they sent me to the new office to implement procedures. I have experience in QuickBooks, Word, Excel, and other systems managers brought into the company. Entered all invoices into QB via email or text. Entered invoices from supplier's portals. Entered all new customers and vendors into QB. Took care of all shingle rebate programs for the owner. Checked all payroll for sales team and sent to the office manager in Bedford. Collected checks picked up by sales reps and took to the Bedford office every week. Entered all work orders sent in by sales reps in both offices and sent to correct team, which included sending install work orders to installers. Answered phones and sent accordingly or I took care of the customers questions and concerns. Took leads to owner so he can assign them to correct. Entered credit card statements into QB and sent to office manager. Pulled all new installs from the Home Depot portal. Scanned and sent to Home Depot rep and VP. Pulled all BBB reviews for the reps and filled out a payroll sheet. Checked all deposits and took any mistake to office manager. Wrote checks for reps and repair men in QB. Sent customers a welcome and warranty packet when requested. Also have experience in AR and AP.
