What does spamming mean?

So basically, advertising for clients without them giving you their express permission to email them, is spamming. Have you ever had that ‘person’ call you and ask if they could send you some information on XYZ and then ask for your email address? They’re getting that permission to send it to you before they send you their advertising.

I just got a notification from Google that they suspended my account for spamming?
: Gmail does this on their own if they see any of the following things in your emails coming from your account. a) Multiple runs of mails that look the same / are the same exact size or are greater in size than 100kb. b) Emails that contain spam trigger words: https://www.sendx.io/help/list-of-spam-trigger-words. c) Emails that are missing an unsubscribe link - This one’s actually a LAW that you must have in your spam/advertising email.
d) That has an attachment or broken html in your email. What should I do if my account was suspended for spamming? Spam ratings - emails coming from your accounts, work or otherwise - are graded with a spam rating based on some of the criteria mentioned above. This hurts us all.
So back to “What should I do if my account was suspended for spamming?” Please use your personal account to email *******@***********.*** to ask for reactivation. We will re-enable your account ONE TIME only if you get suspended for spamming with a warning that if it happens again we won’t be re-enabling your account.
What happens if I’m working and my account has been suspended? We will turn your account into a no license account so that you will still be able to log into skynet. But your ability to get forms from our drive (including testimonials, videos, contracts, proof forms, newsletters, etc) will be blocked. Additionally because you have a no license account, when you send an email from your personal account, Google will see that it looks materially like one of our domain accounts and they’ll automatically Admin Quarantine your email until someone manually pushes it along.
