Focused the assessment on reducing operational risks. Key architect/analyst on the successful, on-time delivery of phase one of a QLIK-based, performance metrics reporting dashboard, and related backend systems design and data handling, related to a multi-year,

$154MM+/year facilities management engagement for Boeing (initially eight, eventually to be expanded to twenty-five Boeing facilities). Worked extensively with Boeing and Aramark staff in personally detailing, refining, and documenting the performance metrics requirements, critical and key performance indicators, backend data requirements, and clarified and confirmed all metrics calculations and required data elements. Solutions Architect/Technical Manager: Warranty-Transition Team/Systems Analyst Truist BICP:TERM-MOE7: Transition Management and Delay Impact/Root Cause Assessment Personally directed remedial actions to jump start transition efforts. In 2019, Infosys started a multi-phase, multi-year effort to consolidate 5,000 reports onto a new platform, BICP:TERM, in connection with merger of two banks which created Truist - labeled a “merger of equals” (MOE). In late 2021, Infosys retained Affusion Inc. to perform an independent assessment of root causation and allocation of substantial cost overruns and mounting delivery delays within BICP:TERM-MOE7.

Sole Affusion consultant on the project. Took over day-to-day management of the Infosys operations/Warranty- Transition team. Within this integration work, Infosys remained responsible for daily operation of Infosys work moved into production, pending formal acceptance by Truist. By end of 2021, no Infosys development had transitioned to Truist operations. Immediately implemented operational reporting to assess Infosys development and transition progress. Technical Project Manager (Through Conquest): (5/2007 to 4/2008): Actively managed a large software infrastructure upgrade effort and numerous web-based reporting enhancement projects throughout the full SDLC within the Fidelity Brokerage data warehouse group. This included project technical review and supervision, project estimation/sizing and fiscal management, staff and resource supervision, and scheduling and project timeline management on 8-10 projects in parallel. Solutions Architect/ETL-Data Migration Architect (Through Axis Technology): (9/2004 to 9/2006) Principal architect driving the design of a fully automated, meta-data driven, Informatica code generation system for masking customer sensitive information in non-production database systems. That code generation and execution system was used to mask billions of rows of customer sensitive data in 300+ distinct, non- production environments on the mid-tier as well as multiple environments on the mainframe.
