Provided broad coverage and heavy workload as Capital Planning Engineer for four (4) major Calwater Districts: Bayshore, Los Altos, Bear Gulch and Redwood Valley. My roles and responsibilities included review of District and Engineering information, interfacing with each of the District's Management and Staff to establish a three- year spend cycle needs list for expansion, modification, repair and replacement of water supply infrastructure and associated property and equipment.
