Streamlined many components of the university academic program review process that leads to an increase of quality of work from program leadership undergoing a review

Manage cross-departmental teams to improve institutional services that lead to greater inform decisions of leadership backed by data my team puts together

Each year I successfully guide 32-35 programs undergoing a review at different stages of the year and half process following a 7-year cycle

Compile, analyze, interpret, and create visuals to prepare reports, presentations, and trainings/workshops to a ray of audiences and stakeholders both internal & external

Utilize stakeholder feedback and routinely research similar programs for continuous quality improvements of our office’s policies, manual, processes, and communications

Oversee office budget, Pcard holder, handle travel/conference affairs, process reimbursements and payments

Assist office in university-wide assessment activities – providing annual feedback to departments on assessment plans and reports (250 plus reviews)

Facilitate settings for strategic planning and decision making by coordinating and participating in meetings with institutional/college leadership and academic units

Primary contact with sub-recipients to gather and review subaward proposal packages, anywhere from 1 to several subawards on a given proposal with various budgets including other educational institutions, nonprofits, governmental, and private-industry partners

Tracked F&A splits with UNM HSC campus recovering tens of thousands of dollars of unshared fees

Assisted in the development of a Grief Services Project ECHO – curriculum building & case presentations leading to increased specialized knowledge of our mental health provider network

Maintained a network of statewide grief community resources including connections with law enforcement, DA’s offices, funeral homes, crime victim services, children services, mental health providers, and public schools

Contract requisitions and PO procurement on a rolling basis due to restricted funding
