EXPERIENCE
MISTER SPARKY INSTALL TECHNICIAN
June 2022 – January 2023
Ran service calls in residential. Doing electrical safety checks on all homes to make sure I can do what the home owner requires and it not hurt the home or electrical system in any way.
Then build a plan of action to present to customer
If work is sold, I went to get material to install same day.
I ran calls that came in went and gave estimates to fix their problem. Plus, any safety items that came up in the safety check.
If work was sold, I ordered all materials keeping that cost at 14% or less. Then I planned the work. And did the work as well. Some installs I sold and had an installer do them, gathering all his materials and communicating everything to him. Sometimes I would have 3 to 5 installs going a week.
For this type of work, I was the sole person selling the job as well as ordering materials and installing. Project managers is the way the owners referred to the positions. Especially the guys who ran multiple jobs at once while installing on a job at the same time.
FAITH TECHNOLOGIES
Foremen rolls at Faith Technologies with some of the projects I ran work on
August 2015 – January 2021
Big commercial projects, normally had a section of I got the prints to and a crew to begin ordering materials and prefabbing materials to have ready to install once we had the decking or walls built. Start to finish all branch power and lighting at Ruth Chris in River Spirit. As well as other areas as well.
2017-2019
Prior 5B I did all the panels from lv 1 to lv 5. Using BIM 360 as the guide as well as blue prints & one line diagrams as well. I also had access to a prefabrication department I would design materials to be put together in order to make some projects run much more efficient.
6A I did all of Lv 2 EB distribution. Which included running all conduit 4” rigid. Also pulling in medium voltage cable into the skids that the gear was on. As well as pulling in 750 MCM down to #12 wire as well. Following the one-line diagrams as my guide. Also setting big gear and skids that were 20’ x 10. Those projects I supervised and ran a crew of usually 5 to 10 Journeymen & apprentices.
When there was a need for 50 to 100 guys for a weekend, we would pre-plan that with the other foremen and superintendents.
There were tons of specialty things at this particular data center that gave me a wide range of experience.
