To assist in the production of salsa, dips, guacamole,and hummus products and the packaging of the products. Bucket washer :clean all buckets and utensils used in the process of making products. To clean the bucket washing machine, break down and sterilize all parts, organize and keep all buckets and utensils arranged in bucket room. Keep a clean work area. Palleter : pallet all products in to the correct boxes paying careful detail to the boxes and codes on boxes. Check to make sure all boxes have the correct born dates and correct products in them. Check to make sure all pallets are in correct formats. Using electric power jacks transport pallets to loading docks and make sure loading dock is neatly stocked and secured. Can Opener: open cans of tomatoes using can opener and dumping cans into buckets. Putting can of tomatoes on line for can opener. Using power jacks, getting pallets of cans of tomatoes and other ingredients to be open by can opener. Keeping clean work area. Vegetable room detail : coring green peppers, taking ties off of cilantro, putting other vegetation ingredients into vegetable washer, Unloading green peppers from the pepper drying machine, etc. High Pressure Pasteurization Assistant: High pressure Pasteurization is a process used to give products longer shelf life in markets and stores. Load and unload the H.H.P. machine with tubes of products of salsa, hummus, dips, and guacamole. Make sure each tube is loaded with the correct product. Load tubes with the correct product and paying attention to detail to assure the right kind ie, hot, mild, regular. Unload tubes for boxing. Boxer: set box machine up and printers, checking for correct codes and dates, set tape machines up for boxers. Box all products by flavors and making sure all flavors are in the correct boxes and all box codes and dates are correct. Check all label machines for correct labels. etc. Mixer: put buckets of Bolthouse Farms / Garden Fresh Gourmet
