Project Manager II – Centuria ITSSIII 01/2022 to Present prior ITSSII New Directions Technologies 10/2016 to 01/2022

Duties: CPIC: Provide CPIC Support in accordance with Government schedules, to include a comprehensive and detailed report of all Contractor-planned and actual contract IT expenditures (labor and materials) in support of the annual OMB data call. This effort includes working with all the KSC Directorates and gathering data.

Travel & Training: Assimilate and execute the KSC NASA IT Directorate travel and training requirements. Manage the budgets utilizing quantitative methods and working with NASA IT Chiefs and Directors. Reconcile and analyze monthly actuals vs planned and perform variance analysis. Develop and present the travel and training Quarterly Management Review. Coordinate invitational travel and training with outside vendors to be brought onto KSC. Gather requirements and assist the KSC training office to develop NASA IT KSC center wide training. Provide SATERN website support and provide assistance to the NASA IT Directorate users in the accomplishment of internal training. Working with web applications and service developers to gather requirements and create the NASA IT SharePoint Travel and Training site, using agile workflows in the product development. Develop processes and user desktop guides. Once implemented within NASA IT it's expected that this process out to all NASA KSC Directorates. SAP PR’s: Review for accuracy all IT PRs to ensure the PRs are completed properly, verifying proper IT material groups are used, appropriate waivers and ITAM authorization numbers are included in the PR header as applicable. Procure NASA IT hardware/software and subscriptions using the SAP System at KSC. Validate and track technical quotes, forms, and contracts for procurements. Working with the NASA Shared Services on pre-award and post-award functions, including administration of purchase orders, getting market research, justifications, statement-of-work, KSC Special Approvals & Affirmations of Requisitions, ELMT, SEWP, SDOC and request for information. Maintain databases tracking the purchase request through the Simplified Acquisition Team (SAT) system. Other Duties as Assigned: Develop and maintain the NASA full-time equivalent IT FTE excel file to compare planned vs actuals. Project Manager – Coastal Steel 07/2015 to 10/2016

Duties: Managed mid-level projects, lead & managed NASA meetings, created and maintained MS Project schedules for the manufacturing of the Mobile Launch Platform Umbilical ARMS. Heavy focus on milestone accomplishments. Worked contract change orders, request for quotes, deviation waivers and constraints that would affect delivery. Coordinated delivery of Umbilical ARMS with NASA security, contracting officer and Beyel Brothers. Worked configuration management of the Acceptance Data Packs for all ARMS in accordance with acquisition/contracting requirements. Worked with vendors to arrange drop testing, delivery of hardware, weld testing and any other NASA contractual requirements that occurred due to change requests. Worked business development and proposals.

IT Project Manager Temporary 1099 Position – Technik, Inc. 02/2014 to 07/2015

Duties: Temporary 1099 Position - Supported NASA IT with multiple projects including the design, build and maintenance of Program Infrastructure, Integrated Digital Environment, and the Program Management application tool set. Maintained the IT-C SharePoint site. Assisted with preparing documentation for purchasing IT equipment. Provide the OCIO and its customer organizations with IT strategy and strategy development, in accordance with OCIO and customer objectives. Strategy development, proposals, and implementations shall be in line with OCIO objectives and integrate with agency and center EA framework goals, governance processes, and integration efforts. Worked with NASA IT Security to transfer each Center’s IT policies, procedures and working documentation into one database.

Jr. Capture Manager - IAP 08/2011 to 02/2014

Duties: Interacted with senior leadership, customers, suppliers, and other internal and external personnel on all active government opportunities IAP was pursuing. Full responsibility as directed by the Officers of the company for researching market intelligence, planning, operations, training, process optimization, proposal development and integration as outlined in IAP’s short and long-term strategic plan. Created and maintained a workforce MS Project schedule of the entire line of business pipeline. Creating the MS Project schedule showed how many opportunities/proposals could be pursued with the current staff and how many consultants would need to be contracted. Lead on cradle-to-grave management of projects totaling over $25M. Assimilated requirements, milestones, and workforce requirements working with engineers and subject matter experts to document and develop task orders and identify the required resources and materials to perform the work.
