In charge of the operational performance of the 5 operating resorts with annual revenues of US$60 Million.
Spearheaded the development, documentation and refinement of brand and service standards for each brand and corporate best practices. Initiated and drove the company’s rejuvenation program to create new and creative sensory experiences for both guests and staff; created a culture of idea generation and best practice sharing.
