I made sure to look at productions from last year and see what we sold to know what we needed to make the next morning ( breakfast burritos, parfaits, salads, and how many frozen bagels to take out for the next morning. I helped with daily breakfast inventory to make sure that everything was accounted for like the breakfast waste and made sure it was accounted for on the computer inventory.
