The system managed $4.5 billion in supply costs and facilitated yearly savings of $300 million.

Senior Systems Engineer – Performed business and HIPAA legal requirements analysis, process re-engineering, technical evaluation, site preparation, and prototype implementation for all infrastructure related to electronic medical records of infectious disease and cancer patients.

Mobil Oil - Supply & Trade, Fairfax, Virginia & London, UK 1991 to 1997

European Program Manager – Key contributor in the development and implementation of Mobil’s global client server environment. Evaluated, designed, and implemented 24*365 worldwide commodity trading system and network architecture throughout Europe. Managed project plans, contracts, hardware & software integration, testing, and performance tuning on 3,500 workstations and servers. Introduced Joint Application Development (JAD) process for a PC based solution that saved over $200,000.

US Air Force, Captain Scott AFB, IL 1986 to 1991

Program Manager Air Weather Service - Accountable for multiple technology contracts worth $120 million (200 contractors and vendors). Responsible for end to end contract management from RFP through implementation to ensure programs followed defense standards and met defense financial oversight and audits.
