Currently working as a Senior Facility Engineer in Al Rajhi Real Estate Investment Company projects (Makkah) hotels & commercial area (Park Inn, Millinium & Copthorn, Four Points, Saraya Iman & Al Rajhi centre) and residential apartments (Jeddah) from August 2018 till present.
Summary:
. Directing and planning essential central services such as reception, security, maintenance, and cleaning.

Checking BMS system & fire alarm system accessories on weekly basis
PPM for related equipment’s (Fire alarm panels & detectors, Fire telephone, public address system, fire pumps, fan’s, CCTV, lift telephone, Gate barriers, access controls, MATV, IP TV, Data & telephone, HVAC related electronics device etc.
Lift & fire alert evacuation testing with respect to fire alarm activation.
Fire drill conducting monthly & sequence checking.
Calculating energy & water consumption, managing waste focusing on sustainability assessment
Generate access control report when security team request.
CCTV videos, door access recording details maintaining & archiving.
Trouble shooting and rectifying all issues.
