Managed all activities of the accounting & finance functions of Global Cybersoft Inc., a US software outsourcing company and its subsidiary Global Cybersoft Vietnam. Participated actively in the due diligence process resulting in a 2.7 million US dollar investment from IFC – World Bank in 2002. Lead the ISO 9000 certification efforts.
