Key achievements

I worked as Sales and marketing personnel for Safaricom limited company, one of the leading communication network company and mobile banking in Kenya and managed to supply company products in major cities in the country (Kenya), creating a big difference between my team and other team members in the company.

After working for Safaricom limited company for 1 year I was promoted to regional supervisor and worked in this position for 6 months.

A month later I joined Security sector where I worked in Economic zone Three and Banana Island Resort Doha in Qatar as an out source company Group security system Certis, since November 2016 up to August 2018.

In the same year 2018 I joined Banana Island Resort Doha as Recreation attendant, I worked in all the recreation facilities( beach, swimming pool, water sport, surf pool, water park) In January 2019 I started working in bowling alley as a cashier and bowling operator.

Since I joined Banana Island Resort Doha, as recreation attendant I have undergone several training. Most of them had finishing test which I did really well. Micro posting, POS machine in bowling and the use of Opera. Guest service relation and engagement were my last gained experience.

Currently working as Recreation Animator After being promoted from Recreation attendant. On my new role am taking care of all resort entertainment and team building activities to date. Where I play key part of keeping our guest active, entertained and able to create memorable moments

•BANANA ISLAND RESORT DOHA: September 1st 2018.-upto date, I am working as

1) Recreation attendant.

-Bowling alley Receptionist and Bowling operator.

-Cashier and posting cash on the micro, opera and charging guest with the POS machine.

-Receiving and sorting mails and making reservations for all the Recreation facilities.

-Beach and pool servicing to the guest.

2) Recreation Animator

-Preparation of team building for cooperates on the resort.

-In-house guest entertainment with organized tournament for football, volleyball etc.

-Introducing new fun games to our guest and improving their experience.

•GROUP SECURITY SYSTEM (In Qatar): November 2016-upto 20th August 2018

-Securing, patrolling and protecting was the main duty, apart from that: Medical assistance, fire response, dealing with lost and found items, notice all hazard that might interfere with safety.
