Managed daily operational relationship with scheduled and charter airlines.

Monitored flights for route, schedule, and arrival/departure changes and cancellations. Set up and confirmed ground transportation and lodging reservations for airline crew, mechanics, corporate travelers, and training classes. Also tracked flight crew scheduling to assure accordance with FAA rules. Arranged lodging and transportation for distressed passengers.

Established and maintained relationships with major hotel chains to maintain hotel compliance with union standards. Negotiated commissionable hotel room rates.

Managed 20 employees monitoring all after hour and weekend issues for client airlines. Oversaw scheduling, annual performance reviews, vacation requests, compensation adjustments, and terminations.

MANAGER OF CHARTER DIVISION.2009 – 2015

Built charter division from 1 airline to 12 airlines. Increasing revenue to $800,000 annually. Arranged and managed charter travel for NHL, MSL, and NCAA football, hockey, and final four basketball.

Oversaw ground arrangements including crew and passenger transportation; and aircraft fueling, provisioning, with FBO’s and other service providers.
