● The population of the unit consisted of pediatrics, mother-baby overflow, adults with GI issues, post op cosmetic surgeries, OB patients, and general med surg.

● My first six months of working I floated consistently around the entire hospital. I gained experience working neuro, orthopedics, telemetry, and Covid-19 specialty units.

● I often cared for OB patients (ex. hyperemesis), post surgical (ex. hysterectomy), and sickle cell crisis patients.
