Responsible for all Environmental and Safety of the facility. Upgrading the plating shop to the 21 century with new software and computer hardware, new rectifiers, and new barrels for the gold line.

Plating Manager- United Record Pressing, Nashville, TN

Electroforming for the vinyl record industry. Made silvered lacquers to make masters/mothers and reintroduced this process back at this plating facility by saving the company $600,000/year in stopping outside services. Worked on moving a60-year-old facility to move to a new building. Responsible for all the chemistry, majority of the maintenance and with the company wanting to be up to date in ISO writing procedures. Training all new personnel in the procedures as if we were ISO certified.
