• Fabricated fresh water pipes in a small manufacturing yard which provides fresh water supply lines to local communities in rural areas and in urban districts in the Phoenix and surrounding areas as well as in Tucson, Arizona

• Welded together pipeline joints.

• Performed concrete finishing, inside and out the pipe, from patches to joint fill ins.

• Sand blasted throughout the interior and exterior of the metal canisters to create a more comfortable surface profile to allow the adherence of a smooth finish when applying a rust resistant paint, that would otherwise protect the pipes from the many elements of society.

• Air tested finished welds both inside and outside the pipeline with air pressured gauges to ensure that the welded lap joints were properly sealed and the weld was properly filled to ensure the safety of the pipes overall integrity while maintaining proper air sealing in order to prevent leaks from the weld joints and to ensure that no leaks were found during the installation process of this system’s final product inspection process.

• Performed quality control tests on all components of the system to ensure the quality of work performed was satisfactory to the government standards and regulations they set forth for each component of the system.
