Coordination drawings for all penetrations such as plumbing, HVAC and electrical conduits in concrete per job, such as multiple government facilities, The Joint Fleet Command Center and nuclear submarine refueling station, on the Norfolk Naval Air Station, fighter jet runway on Langley Air Force Base, 11th St. Hampton Inn, Old Dominion University Foreman Field Football Stadium and Tazwell St. parking garage and condos.

Working with 3-D design using architectural, structural and M.E.P. Autodesk Revit, in conjunction with Navisworks 3-D Animator and Clash Detector

Operating equipment in the field, back hoes, track hoes & all terrain forklifts.

Designing concrete form assembly in wood form and steel, to be used for cast in place concrete structures or pre cast panels and parapet walls. Assembly of formwork panels in the field for installation at job sites.
