While working at Connect America, I moved up the leadership ladder pretty quickly. After being there for just over a year was promoted to Team Lead of the billing department. I assisted with training and preparing new hires that came is to become comfortable with the job. After shortly after was promoted to Workforce Management where I was overseeing the entire Billing, Tech and Activations department.
