Contingency Management 2010 - 2021
• Directed War Reserve Materiel operations for the 2nd largest medical war readiness account in the Pacific theater of operations. Led a 12-member team of US Air Force personnel and Japanese national contractors in inventorying and modernizing 58 contingency medical projects valued at 22 million dollars.
• Guided the installation Medical Counter Chemical, Biological, Radioactive and Nuclear response program. Advised and managed sustainment of 9 disaster team inventories valued at 1 million dollars.
• Orchestrated medical treatment facility expansion plan during COVID-19 outbreak. Teamed with 5 agencies and deployed 217 assets valued at 150 thousand dollars; expanding hospital bed-space by 300% in under 72 hours.
• Led a 10-member evaluation team; validated War Reserve Materiel for 2 Air Force Major Commands and 3 Joint military sites. Identified $118K limiting factors, formulated solution plan and cut costs by approximately 84 thousand dollars.
• Designed and setup 3 field hospitals for the Texas government in less than24 hours; streamlined a 10-million- dollar supply inventory; enabled care for 4 thousand Mexican immigrants for 3 months.
• Championed Timor-Leste humanitarian mission; rushed 70 thousand dollars of Covid-19 personal protective supplies and pharmaceuticals for cyclone damage relief in less than 30 days; forged US alliance with partner nation.
• Deployed in support of NATO exercise NORTHERN EDGED as the Air Force Pacific Theater of Operations lead Expeditionary Medical Service subject matter expert; led 62 personnel and 4 instructors in site selection, stand- up and ability to survive and operate in Arctic conditions.
• Managed USAF’s largest medical treatment facility war reserve materiel account; led 47 staff at 5 geographic sites; revised 207 projects valued at 86 million dollars; primed the Korean Theater of Operations for foreign aggression.
