-Used programs to order, scan, perform specific activities on claim files (around 200-300 each week from physician claims for professional athletes, major corporations, to disasters and asbestos)
-worked with over 20-30 adjusters/underwriters per week to locate claims or archives for review to law offices around the country for cases.
-was tasked to handle classified paperwork sent via FedEx or UPS and scan the documents and file them to specific claims

-handled, scanned and archived occasionally vendor checks-into Excel for small to large claims (2 figures to 7 figures) each week with another colleague to ensure that the information was correct for processing, and to troubleshoot if the information was not correct in a timely manner on a specific deadline.
-this was a daily self-starter type position where I had to quickly switch gears based on the tasks and priorities for the day, with little to no supervision after initial training. It was trusted that I would be able to complete needed activities with 100% knowledge and proficiency.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE
-was the “umbrella” coordinator position (total employees 45) charged with several tasks weekly including checking department inbox, performing transactions/loan skips in member accounts using GL’s and short two and ten key math. Also checked email for member inquiries and issues related to Financial Assistance. This umbrella also moved to other departments as needed for extra help on projects within RCU.
-took care of department mail including any bankruptcy, legal (financial assistance) and weekly checks for loans and shares (funding of member accounts) used programs such as Synergy to check, upload, and perform a task related to members or RCU in a timely fashion for department managers.
-used programs such as Symitar (member accounts) and Temenos (member filing and record keeping) to perform record and data entry tasks related to Financial Assistance. I was trained to be highly detailed and accurate as the position had to do with repayment plans with other agencies working with the member. Learned also how to pay repo invoices related to city, state agencies including Sheriff/Police Departments.
ELECTRONIC SERVICES
-with other colleagues looked over 6000 at risk checks per week for fraud and other discrepancies from members
-handled and distributed mail for entire department (office and remote employees)
-used software to determine if ATM deposits from businesses/members fit the usual checks that were submitted daily
-used quick 10-key process to input/correct checks from businesses/members

-kept track of over 400 contracted/vendor badges for site

-one of four who added access to employee badges with approval from upper Keysight management

-in 2010 moved over to the independent contractor side of The Press Democrat
-this includes using vehicle to deliver to customers. I had 430 subscribers.
-this position is daily overnight in Rohnert Park and rural Cotati. This position was from 2am-7:30am/ 7 days a week.
-in an emergency, charged with making sure seven other carriers have correct amount of papers for delivery. This position also uses specific area manifests.
