PROJECT DESCRIPTION: (July 2014 – April 2015)

The goal of the assignment is intended to implement Administration functionality to support day to activities and regulations involved in esperanza.

The main goal of administration activity is to increase the speed of the day to day work. It helps to maintain all the details of the Staff, student’s activity details with the close monitoring. As a School administrator usually make rules and procedures that cover the entire school as well as behavior plans for individual students who regularly cause trouble and caring plans for Infant toddlers. The Parents who is computer illiterate or not able to access camera from offices must in a comfortable position to know the status of kids by Administrator without any problem. Capture Day to Day activities and performance of the kids in daily status sheets to maintain history of it. Responsibilities:

Coordinate Class Curricula & helping teachers structure the curricula for their classes

Responsible for overseeing school’s budget make sure not to exceed allotment fund

Collect the behavior activities for individual kids and record it for parents reference

Organizing, arranging and coordinating parents & staff meetings
