VISION
To become a Medical Laboratory Scientist with international repute with specialty in Clinical Microbiology (Parasitology), a Labour/Pension Consultant as well as a renowned Mediator/Arbitrator within the Labour environment of Ghana, West Africa, Africa and the World at large.
MISSION
1.To be a patient centered and results oriented Medical Laboratory professional, Microbiologist/Parasitologist.
2.To be able to help all the working people of Ghana both formal/informal have a decent retirement by assisting them to have their own Personal Pension Plan (PPP).
3.To set up a Non-Governmental Agency (NGO) that will specialize in educating the working people of Ghana and beyond on the need to think about retirement and plan towards it early in their working lives before it is too late.
