Duties are supervisory of the team members in daily job task as batching feed, receiving feeds, PM’s, breakdowns and quality control. Also responsible for the training of the safety program, in addition to the EHS monthly standards training. Responsible for purchasing the micro-ingredients and logistics of a timely delivery. Duties include the payroll and time for the Feed mill team members. Ordering the parts for the equipment to keep the stock needed for production to stay running.
