Was employed with Petroleum Wholesale as the Food Supervisor. I supervised 10 different restaurants that are located in the truck stops owned by Petroleum Wholesale. I also supervise a full service 24 hour diner that averaged $26,000 a week in sales, a grill located in Waco and a Noble Roman's pizza shop.
