Responsibility for technical assurance included chemical formulation, site sampling, laboratory analysis (core flow test, loss of ignition (LOI), XRF, XRD, SEM-EDS, SARA, solubility, formation water analysis, emulsion, and compatibility analysis), well diagnosis, well testing, stimulation design, steady-state and transient models’ analysis using PROSPER and OLGA software tools, production forecasting and economic analysis, workover planning, stimulation operation, flowback practices, and post-stimulation monitoring. Project Team-Lead Fine Stabilizer (FS) Technology in DULANG oilfield, well D20ST1 PETRONAS 2020. Lead and develop the success KPIs, candidate selection workshop, treatment design, and operation. Flow assurance SME responsible for technical assurance of SolidClenz project, a thermo-chemical stimulation technology, deployment in offshore Peninsular Asset for artificially lifted wells at PUTERI and PENARA platforms. The job scope included steady state and transient model’s analysis using PROSPER and OLGA, chemical formulation, site sampling, laboratory analysis, well diagnosis, well testing, stimulation design, production forecasting and economic analysis, workover planning, stimulation operation, flowback practices, and post-stimulation monitoring.

Production Technology SME Grafted Bentonite as Relative Permeability Modifier (RPM), ANGSI field

(ANDP-B), well B03-SS PETRONAS 2020.

Grafted Bentonite (GB) is an in-house chemical technology at TRL4 level, designed to reduce water production by attaching to rock pore surfaces and changes rock wettability to more water wet. Well Stimulation Specialist responsible for technical assurance of treatment design and operation, and post-treatment monitoring. Production Technology SME RTP for Downhole Application, PETRONAS 2019. The Reinforced Thermoplastic (RTP) pipe technology is developed upon the cons of the current steel pipes (e.g., flowlines and tubing) in upstream and downstream oil and gas industry, i.e., for better corrosion prevention, better operational practices (e.g., low friction) and improved service time. Responsibilities included well design and modelling, well integrity tests (MIT), casing/tubing corrosion management, reservoir deliverability, subsurface value assurance committee (SVAC), candidate-well selection, and SSSV selection, techno economic evaluation.

Project Team-Lead Gas-lift optimization in AGHAJARI oilfield NIOC 2019. Production Technology Specialist responsible for technical assurance of modeling and simulation of reservoir, PVT, wells, and facilities using IPM suit software. In this project, the team developed a new optimization algorithm to simultaneously solve the well-rate and gas-lift allocation problems under the injection capacity constraint.
