Trojena is new year-round tourist destination under construction will consist of a series of facilities such as the world’s largest artificial lake ski village, ultra-luxury family and wellness resorts, a wide range of retail stores and restaurants, in addition to sports activities, including a ski slope, watersports and mountain biking, as well as an interactive nature reserve.

Presently project includes 11 work orders from road construction, basecamp construction and Geo-Tech works. Total of 7 H&S officers reporting directly and 26 H&S professionals reporting indirectly (Contractors).

Roles and responsibilities:

Develop project HSE Plans and verify that they are current and amended when Project activities or conditions change

Ensure that all staff are sufficiently trained and competent in their health and safety responsibilities.

Ensure that workforce, particularly safety representatives, are consulted properly on health and safety matters and that their concerns are reaching the appropriate level including the board.
