Roles and responsibilities:

Develop project HSE Plans and verify that they are current and amended when Project activities or conditions change

Ensure that all staff are sufficiently trained and competent in their health and safety responsibilities.

Ensure that workforce, particularly safety representatives, are consulted properly on health and safety matters and that their concerns are reaching the appropriate level including the board.
