●Store Director Bench - Completed panel interviews and signed off prior to taking a role with Remodel team

●Spearheaded and iterated on new “end-to-end” department ownership process at test store (Waukesha) to drive better customer experience and sales, which eventually rolled out company-wide due to its success

●Converted Waukesha and West Allis store locations to become online fulfillment centers for “ship from store” and led both locations to top 2 in district in “inventory not found” logistics metric (company standard is 8% while both stores were consistently under 4%)

●Improved “stockroom location accuracy” logistics metric at Waukesha from 95% located, which was in the red, to over 98% located

●Revamped vehicle sorting

●process to decrease number of resources needed to unload each truck and to help sales floor gain efficiencies

●Functioned as HR and fulfilled HR duties at specific store locations without an HR ETL

●Managed 5000+ hours of weekly payroll per store
