Target, Executive Team Leader of Remodel Delafield, WI & West Allis, WI

●Property Management Business Partner (PMBP) final interviews where I was referred to the role of ETL-Remodel as they have a strong partnership with the PM team

●Managed 10-week rapid remodel at Delafield and 13-week rapid remodel at West Allis

●Collaborated with general contractor and construction team on daily construction schedule, management of inventory and execution of plan

●Saved 800 of 26K hours of total payroll across two remodels with both finishing on schedule

●Planned schedule and staffing for resetting to planogram and optimized temporary swing space locations (e.g. customer service, fitting rooms) to minimize store disruption and sales impact

●Partnered with Target regional leadership, headquarter remodel team and property management team for issue escalation and resolution

●Oversaw day-to-day logistics for Delafield in addition to managing store remodel

●Negotiated temporary transfer of team members and leaders with other store directors to provide proper staffing for Delafield store remodel

●Store Director Bench - Completed panel interviews and signed off prior to taking a role with Remodel team

●Spearheaded and iterated on new “end-to-end” department ownership process at test store (Waukesha) to drive better customer experience and sales, which eventually rolled out company-wide due to its success

●Converted Waukesha and West Allis store locations to become online fulfillment centers for “ship from store” and led both locations to top 2 in district in “inventory not found” logistics metric (company standard is 8% while both stores were consistently under 4%)

●Improved “stockroom location accuracy” logistics metric at Waukesha from 95% located, which was in the red, to over 98% located

●Revamped vehicle sorting

●process to decrease number of resources needed to unload each truck and to help sales floor gain efficiencies
