Summary

As the owner of my own company, I had to be self-motivated to go to work every day, no matter what, it was important that I be an excellent role model for my employees and to teach them the right and safe way to do the task at hand. I plan to have that same integrity with the position I have within your company. I have excellent leadership skills and along with that I know how to talk to people and how to understand their point of view as well as helping them understand mine. Through owning my own business, I gained knowledge in handling the business end of it as well as gaining respect from my workers and getting the best performance from them daily. My construction work background is extensive with 40+ years of experience. I can read and understand blueprints, concrete work, forms, commercial and residential; anything to do with wood and putting things together. I have excellent heavy equipment operation knowledge and have successfully completed certification on the Forklift VII, Front End Loader, Track Hoe, Skid Steer, Mini Ex, Low Profile Diesel Buggy and Compactor.
