• A2A Substation Replacement Metropolitan Washington Airport Authority (MWAA) Dulles, VA; Value

$2.9 million

As part of the airport capital expenditures, this construction projects is to replace the electrical substation powering the concourse C at Dulles International Airport. The scope of work includes MWAA extensive quality control documentation and submittal process, demolition of a trench for underground electrical conduit, new temporary power, new medium voltage switchgear and transformer, new low voltage switchgear and transformer, steel busway and caissons. The 13.2 kv is to be transferred from the old substation to the new substation and extensively documented with MWAA quality control and safety program standards.

• Ultra Violet GI Metropolitan Washington Airport Authority (MWAA) DCA & IAD; Value $ 3.69 million In anticipation of the 2021 Holiday travel season MWAA implemented the ultraviolet germicidal irradiation project to eliminate as many airborne germs as possible. This consisted of designing, building and installing light trays at every air handler units, 2x2 UVGI lights at each gate as well as wall mounted UVGI light fixtures at Dulles international and Reagan National airport.

• Joint Artificial Intelligence Center Department of Defense Arlington VA; Value $1.6 Million Tenant fit out of existing space encompassing three separate floors of office space including a high level sensitive compartmented information facility (SCIF). This project entailed demolition of existing office finishes to be replaced with new flooring, paint, ceiling tile, light fixtures, and installation of two new operable partitions. Our scope also included coordination with 3rd party security and data within the secured and unsecured space. The scope for the secured space included RF shielding doors, security film grounding existing pass thru utilities, dielectric breaks, PDS (protected distribution systems) routes, as well as tempest tested perimeter walls.

• Harbin and Copley Hall Georgetown University Washington DC; Value $3.2 Million Summer refresh of dormitory units and lounge areas. A total of 470 dorms were refreshed with new vinyl plank flooring, existing built-in desk and closets were refinished, as well as new paint and usb electrical outlets. The lounges were upgraded with new kitchen cabinets and new appliances. At Harbin Hall, all corridors of the ten floors were also updated with a fresh coat of paint and carpet.

• United Airlines Polaris Business Lounge Dulles Airport Dulles, VA; Value $16.9 million Ground up construction of a 25,000sf business class lounge, an addition to concourse C/D. The project included relocation of jet bridges and fuel lines for the new structure. All main utility connections and exterior systems were provided by the core and shell team at Patner. My contribution to this project was with the fit-out team. The lounge included a full size commercial kitchen with two walk in freezers, a full service bar with backlit quartz countertop, a buffet area with built in food warming capabilities, two full size elevators, floor to ceiling marble panel walls, custom made metal panels, metal reveal throughout, nineteen bathrooms seven of which also included showers. The lighting and shades system is all controlled by Lutron controls. Assist in managing multiple projects while maintaining the pulse of the budget and schedule Quality control documentation via written and photographic weekly reports to be submitted for approval by MWAA Acquire and assist subcontractors and project team with security and badge process with the Airport Authority and the DOD.

The grand lobby consisted of thirty- foot-high ceilings all a 300 foot wall along with a complex x-ray room, five large nurse stations, registration lounge, full size physical therapy area, and over 200 patient rooms with adjoining bathrooms. The scope of work I contributed on was the exterior framing and sheathing, interior framing with drywall assemblies and wall protection, and acoustic ceiling systems.

• Emerald Point Emerald point shopping center Hagerstown MD; Value $660k This project encompassed two levels, a total of 5,000 sf of future tenant space. We were tasked with building out the exterior walls, parapets and two-lane drive thru for a future bank. The scope I contributed to was the exterior framing and sheathing, insulation, and build out of party walls. Upon receipt of notice to proceed; build a material list for the entire scope, create look ahead for GC Attend and record kick off meeting and every sub meeting thereafter Review of contract to ensure scope matches the proposal Purchasing agent for both material and labor
