Conducting qualitative and quantitative research for the Artificial Intelligence User Experience (AIUX) Group and recommending designs for human-centered experiences through application of AI. Collaborating with teams across Google (YouTube Music, Android, Google Assistant) to evaluate proposed new product concepts and to bring ideas to fruition. Some of the researched themes were AI for climate, natural language conversations, etc.

Extensive literature reviews on probability communication, memory in context, natural language processing, human/AI interactions and analysis of focus group research, concept evaluation, diary studies and user interviews.
