9/17 – 3/20 Vice President Development – Standrock Hospitality Las Vegas, Nevada 8/2019 to 3/2020

* Design and development of a new integrated resort complex consisting of a 494 room 14 story mid- rise hotel, along with a 166 room 8 story branded hotel integrating a 30,000 sq.ft. convention center, a 100,000 sq.ft. indoor waterpark, a 4-acre outdoor waterpark, a 30,000 sq.ft. state of the art arcade center along with 18 food and beverage outlets and 4 retail stores. The resort complex will be built in Grapevine, Texas.

• Managed multiple properties and full-service luxury resorts with $180 million in annual revenues, and 4400 rooms encompassing two locations in Tunica, Branson, and two locations in Las Vegas, Mesa, and Park City Resort and Spa (a 4 star Forbes rating attainment).

• Performed as Owner Representative in charge of all construction and successful opening of a $600 million development encompassing a 52 story 1200 key luxury condominium, Planet Hollywood Towers by Westgate, later renamed the Hilton Elara.

• Managed $165 million cosmetic upgrade for the Westgate Hotel, Casino and Spa, Las Vegas Nevada.

• Served as lead negotiator for all seven union contracts at WLV Hotel and Casino. Performed as lead negotiator for seven unions located on Las Vegas Hotel resort property.

• Developed yield management programs for all seven resorts, and implemented strategic group sales cross-selling tactics, and local CVB interaction goals.
