Responsible for the efficient and safe operation, maintenance and management, Amman Civil Airport. where ever possible, will integrate sound business and financial practices into daily operations.
DUTIES:
1-Efficiently manage Airport and ensure safe and secure operational activities in accordance with ICAO recommendations and standard practices, including airside, apron services, terminal and landside management.
2-Oversee all operational activities carried out by staff.
3-Regularly inspect fire and security services at the airport so that highest levels of efficiency in these services are obtained and fire incidents are minimized.
4-Ensure operational readiness of emergency and contingency plans and conduct and supervise emergency drills periodically.
5-Develop operating and financial targets for all Divisions and monitor progress annually.
6-Review and submit annual operating and capital budgets.
7-Formulate business plans outlining the long-term objectives and resource requirements for the site.
8-Implement financial procedures and install financial systems to meet the objectives of adequate financial control and financial viability.
9-Manage assets and resources of the airport in an effective and efficient manner using sound financial and commercial principles.
10-Ensure that schedule for user fees and charges is reviewed on a timely basis and is adjusted to reflect any significant expenditures or changes to operations.
11-Develop suitable and sound method for maximizing aeronautical and non-aeronautical revenues.

I was responsible for the water Supply at Queen Alia International Airport, which included .
1) The drinking water network, area of 50 square kilometers, drinking water tanks and underground wells . ductile pipes up to (600 and distribution pumps. 2) The fire water pumping station, 3) Sewage treatment plant and irrigation and chlorination systems.
4) Groundwater wells that are used to supply the airport with potable water with a chlorination system. Chlorine is injected according to international standards.
5) During my service, I was responsible for preparing technical specifications for all projects related to the water network and the chlorinators systems.
Consultant and supervisor for Dhamar water project in Yemen (International World Bank project ), which includes the construction of main water tanks with water network for the city of Dhamar, linking it with 11 artesian wells, and the establishment of a sewage treatment plant with a sewers network
