The position has expanded to the management of both personnel and agents, marketing, and human resources.

2003 – 2005: CB RICHARD ELLIS, INC., SAN JOSE, CALIFORNIA: Director: Initially engaged as a contractor during the merger between CBRE and Insignia to manage varying property assignment transitions, which included property manager re-assignments, receivership, and opening of a new management office in Santa Clara.
