**** – 2009: DORRINGTON REALTY, DORRINGTON, CALIFORNIA: Office Manager: This part-time position has evolved from its inception, which was as receptionist responsible for handling phones, greeting customers and maintaining office equipment and supplies inventory. The position has expanded to the management of both personnel and agents, marketing, and human resources.
2003 – 2005: CB RICHARD ELLIS, INC., SAN JOSE, CALIFORNIA: Director: Initially engaged as a contractor during the merger between CBRE and Insignia to manage varying property assignment transitions, which included property manager re-assignments, receivership, and opening of a new management office in Santa Clara. In December of 2004 assumed the directorship for the newly acquired assignment of 12M s.f. in Northern California for AMB Property Corporation, which included establishing a new office for the region and transition of 16 new employees for CBRE.

2000 – 2003: GR8WORK BUILDERS, INC, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA: Executive Administrative Coordinator. Develop policies and procedures consistent with a small residential remodeling construction firm. Coordinated material and supply inventories and schedules. Scheduled subcontractor site visits and bids. Managed company insurance programs. Assisted in the development and implementation of marketing plans. Affected client retention programs. Developed and implemented company website.
1993 - 2000: HORIZONS ASSET MANAGEMENT, INC., SANTA CLARA, CALIFORNIA: Principal/Owner: Responsibilities include all aspects of management, marketing, leasing, tenant improvement coordination, renovation construction, and tenant retention programs. Vendor interface; including contract bidding, negotiations and supervision. Development of portfolio strategies to meet Owner goals and objectives; including annual budgets, quarterly and monthly operating reports.
1990 - 1993: TISHMAN WEST COMPANIES, SAN JOSE, CALIFORNIA: General Manager, Metro Plaza: Directly responsible for all project on-site management, leasing and tenant improvements, including supervision of on-site staff of six employees. Interface directly with owner's representatives in all operational and budget preparation including long range marketing and management planning.
1988 - 1989: O'DONNELL, HOPKINS & PARTNERS, IRVINE, CALIFORNIA: Director of Asset Management, San Jose: Development and implementation of Northern California Regional Asset Management Department. Responsible for coordinating management systems with other departments; development, construction, marketing and accounting. Implemented preventative maintenance program, marketed contract management services. Responsibilities included administrative management of satellite offices, personnel and operations, computerized annual budget and project business plans, implementation of monthly financial reports to owners. Established training programs for managers and maintenance personnel.
1985 - 1988: TISHMAN WEST MANAGEMENT CORP., SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA: Building Manager, South Bay Center, San Jose: Assumed management during base building phase of 500,000 s.f. project. Coordinated all building and landscaping activities during completion of construction. Established management office and all procedural guidelines. Developed and coordinated implementation of the marketing plan for leasing, implemented initial leasing program. Continuing involvement in leasing activities as management liaison. Tenant improvement coordinator during build out phase. Coordination of build out for major (263,000 s.f.) tenant on extremely short three month schedule. General management of project and maintenance.
1984 - 1985: VMS REALTY, INC., CHICAGO, ILLINOIS: Northern California Leasing Director and Project Manager, San Francisco: Administration of management of Northern California properties including the Phelan Building in San Francisco and Serramonte Plaza in Daly City. Administration included both in-house staff and fee management companies. Responsibilities included profit/loss, training of management and leasing staff, development, analysis and implementation of long range master plans.
