ACCOMPLISHMENTS

PRODUCT MARKETING

• Successful International Product Launches. Worked with cross-functional domestic and international teams at Unicity to execute successful product launches and provided continued support to maintain continued month-over-month product sales increases. Launches created incremental sales growth of more than 300%.

• Brand Revitalization. Increased annual sales revenue from $4M to more than $12M. Revitalized Young Living’s under- performing Slique weight management line with successful new product launches and a follow up marketing campaign including a body transformation contest. Increased monthly sales revenue for the line up to 400%.

• Successful Event Product Launches. Worked closely with Product Management and Corporate Events teams to produce convention product launches at Young Living global conventions. Launches included main stage presentations, marketing collateral including brochures, videos, product information pages, and interacting directly with Customers answering questions. Many of these launches created incremental sales of $1.5 Million in the first month of product sales.

• Campaign Management. By request of Young Living Senior Management launched a campaign for an Einkorn (ancient grain) cookbook. Campaign included videos of Executives demonstrating how to bake with Einkorn and asking customers to submit recipes. Reviewed over 250 submissions, and managed publication. We needed a second printing after the first month.

• Creative Problem Solving. To account for a drop in fourth quarter sales at ForeverGreen, introduced and implemented seasonal holiday product promotions with marketing plans and promotion materials for customers and distributors. Resulting in 150% increased fourth quarter revenue. OPERATIONS AND LOGISTICS

• Team Leadership. ForeverGreen was working to launch a product in a new market with projections 150% higher than our current domestic sales. I worked with our production crew to realign production schedules and processes. By splitting the crew into two teams, one that would start an hour early, and one that would work an hour later, and separating their lunchtimes. Increased production 200% without increasing payroll.

• Strategic Planning. Executed the purchasing, production, manufacturing, shipping, and managed on hand inventories for domestic and global markets as FGXpress experienced growth in monthly sales revenue from $700K to $7M while increasing its global reach from 40 countries to 174.

• Negotiations and Cost Management. Like many companies, ForeverGreen was faced with increases in our printing and packaging. I worked directly with outside vendors and printers to ensure the company could keep our profit margins. I even worked with some of our Co-Mans to lower the cost of the materials and finished products and ensured the finished COGs were not increased.

COMMUNICATION & TRAINING

• Reporting on Product Successes. While at Unicity used Tableau software to create weekly, monthly, and annual product sales reports for Executive Management. These reports helped to show the impact of new product launches and increases from marketing activities. Trained team members how to use the program and how to present reports for their categories.

• Product Training. Created and presented targeted product presentations for Unicity European Markets. The video conference based presentations assisted in creating 35% increases in monthly product sales.

• Problem Resolution Training. Trained Team Members how to use Amazon processes and software to resolve physical and systematic problems created by miss sorting, damaged packages, or miss labeling of packages.

• Trained Unloading, Conveyance Organization, and Sortation. Worked and trained new Amazon employees how to physically unload the packages from the trailers, lifting and placing the packages on the conveyor belts. Additionally trained how to “Divert” packages on the conveyors to be taken to the employees who would sort the packages into the designated staging areas for the day’s delivery routes.
