• I’m A Responsible Leader, Experienced with supervising work flow of team members. Including scheduling, training, and evaluating performance. • People Friendly. I grew up with 5 kids in the house, and have one of my own, so I know the importance of communication and knowledge and responsibility. However, I also managed a restaurant, so I have much experience with customers and team members with questions, concerns, scheduling, payments, etc. In person, over the phone, and emails.

• Event Planner & Coordinator. Being A hostess and manager, I’ve had to plan and accommodate large parties of 20 or more people at times, and document them into computers, while making sure all needs and wants are met. I also have experience with scheduling, and organizing events.

• Certified Trainer/Multiple Job Codes- I’ve worked at PF Chang’s for over 3 years, I started as a Hostess. After a few months of outstanding attendance, and work ethic, I was given raises and promoted to Certified Trainer, Lead Management, and Server. I’ve done just about everything behind the scenes to keep the restaurant flowing, and customers happy. Which includes: Executing food precisely as ordered and out of the kitchen in a timely fashion, and planning and accommodating parties comfortably. I also had the responsibility for the cleanliness of, and organizing kitchen, bathrooms, dining room, offices and exterior. Even helping employees with tasks and duties, As well as being responsible for keeping up with health regulations and company expectations like dress codes, and training to Corp expectations.
