The accountant was responsible for the following:
Ensure that POS and billing systems are up and running before the first billing was due out.
Set up all AP vendors, including acquiring W-9 info, to ensure invoices were processed and paid timely.
Provided leadership for 53 employees to be on boarded to a new payroll system, including renewal of I-9s, HR benefit choices, direct deposit processes, and digital clock operations.

Direct financial management functions including development of weekly/periodical financial statements, financial forecasts, and budgets. Personally responsible for general accounting functions, including AR/AP, GL account reconciliation, cash management and payroll.
