While in this position I was the administrative assistant to the Unit Chief Counsel. My responsibilities were to provide support to the Unit Chief Counsel which included but was not limited to preparing motions, subpoenas, briefs, appeals, service of process, multi-line phone system and calendaring. I was also responsible for the supervision of the support staff which included five clerks and seven legal secretaries. I made sure that all work was completed as to procedure and in a timely manner. I was also responsible for completing annual PASE evaluations
