Dear Tyrone Moore,

I am pleased to offer you employment at V2 Properties, LLC. I feel that your skills and background will be valuable assets to this new company. Per your discussion with George Henry, the position I am offering you is titled Carpenter’s Assistant. In this role, your assigned Construction Manager will be your immediate Supervisor as our existing Director of Construction. Your starting date will be June 23, 2022. Below are the terms of your offer:

Salary: The starting pay is $18.00 per hour and is paid on a bi-weekly basis. We offer direct deposit into your bank account.

PTO: You will have 2 weeks (10 days) of personal time off (PTO) until your 3rd anniversary with company. After your 3rd anniversary, your PTO will be increased to 3 weeks (15 days). After your 5th anniversary, your PTO will be increased to 4 weeks (20 days).

Medical & Dental Benefits: The company will provide employer paid medical and dental benefits to you. Currently, the company pays 75% of the medical premium (you pay 25%); If you opt for dental benefits, the company pays 50% of the premium (you pay 50%). These contribution levels are subject to change in future years at time of our health insurance plan renewals.

401K: You will be eligible for the company’s employer sponsored 401K plan at the beginning of the next quarter after you complete 6 months of employment. The company currently matches up to 4% of your annual salary if you contribute at least contribute 4% or higher.

Annual Bonus Program: You will be eligible for an annual bonus which is strictly based upon your performance ratings throughout the year. If you accept this position, the first 90 days will be considered a probationary period, whereas we will assess during this time if your skill sets and work demeanor are appropriate for this position. Please note that this position requires that you will be available to work 2 weekend days per month.
