• Draw, design, and prepare the blueprints/layout of the mechatronic automation robots, some feature parts, and specific fixtures installed into specific areas on the manufacturing production line around the plant utilizing SolidWorks and AutoCAD software.

• Developed electrical & pneumatic layouts for an automation robot utilizing AutoCAD software.

• Designed a safety guard utilizing SolidWorks for the bottom of the press machines to re-direct the scrap produced by press machines to the center of the conveyor obtaining an annual profit of $36,000 to the company.
