When in Marketing always was the top consultant along with producing the highest numbers at the resort every week and month. At the end of each year was the top consultant at the resort and within the company.

ACHIEVEMENTS

Was promoted to Owner Consultant. Where you deal with owners only who owned at the resort.

Between 80% and 95% closing every week. Some weeks 100% closing.

Maintained Consent numbers every week and month.

Defining and managing the brand of the company by personality and customer service.

Trained new and old Co-Workers on all new computer systems.

The resort had a ‘’powerline” which means if you are a top producer, you were on that powerline everyday and saw each person before your Co-Worker did. On top of powerline for over 5 years.

Came up with an Owner pitch for the resort and for other Co-Workers to have and use.

Was hired as a manager. Within 8 Months was Promoted to District Manager. Where I also traveled sometimes.

ACHIEVEMENTS

Managed a large group of employees, also handled the schedules and payroll for each employee.

Promoted the brand of the resorts by Social Media Marketing, (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram). Also Promoted by sending out Emails to Potential Customers who reached out interested in our resorts. Promoted by Newspaper advertisements. Had a column in the Newspaper each week promoting different deals and opportunities to become potential customers.

Set up Market Events to Entice customers that occur once a month. Which included attending trade shows, also by the end of the shows bringing in new customers to the resorts.

Handled finances for the Company. Handled bringing in future customers to rent or buy the homes. Hire venders to come in. Hired employees to take care of the appearance of the resorts. Handled P&L Statements for all resorts as well as coming up with budget strategies each month for resorts.

Was named manager of the month for great customer service as well as achieving monthly goals for all resorts.

Traveled to resorts to train all employees on new computer programs and different marketing strategies.

Handled the purchasing of all inventories within the resort shops.

Managed all aspects of daily operations. At the beginning of each week would plan a schedule for each employee and what goals to meet that week. Would meet with each employee to talk about how to handle and reach their goal.

Managing online Web Presence. The Companies resorts had its on website and its own Facebook page.
