● Singapore Project – Jurong Island 2006-2007

Part of the Singapore team in 2006 to have a unit almost identical to the one in Conroe but more operator friendly and better design. In 2007 went back to Singapore to pressure test unit to make sure there would be no leaks, since our plant was the first plant being built on Jurong Island to use anhydrous ammonia. Once all tests were done we were able to heat up and add feed making on specification products within 12 hours.

● Responsible for operations of the plant, working a 12-hour rotating shift schedule to ensure maximum production quantity and quality, while supporting the policies, goal, and objectives of the company.

● Ensure all daily operator orders are completed.

● Incident Commander during incidents.

● Ability to approve off spec run downs to be pumped to storage.

● Approve after hour shipments and deliveries in and out of the plant.

● Schedule Overtime

● Mixing and blending chemicals.

● Ensure that batch runs are precisely mixed using different chemicals via computer control. ● Ensure that all chemicals are pumped and moved from tank to tank without interruption, blockage or spillage

● Startup and shutdown continuous units dealing with batch, low pressure reactors, high pressure reactors and distillation columns in a safe manner making different products. Sample unit streams to make adjustments according to analysis to make on specification product. Pump on spec. product to tank farm to appropriate storage tank. Get midnight gauges of all tanks and enter them into the Yield Data program to keep up with inventory. Unload all raw materials from tank wagons, tank cars, totes, drum, and ISO containers. Wash out and lock out tag out equipment for maintenance. Working with IT and Foxboro DCS on the board for over 27 years.

● Knowledge of reactors, pumps, dryers, agitators, tanks, vacuum pumps, heat exchanges, various chemical process equipment.
