Demsey Cleaning Services is my business that I built and run on my own. I am Licensed, Bonded as well as Insured. I have completely built this business, from absolute scratch. I started at Best buy as a seasonal cashier. Within 2 months I was hired in as a full time cashier, given a $5 wage increase and within a few months I was promoted to Customer Service. I worked Customer Service for 4 months before being promoted to Senior Key Holder. I was responsible all employees up to 20 or more at a time. Overseeing, balancing, counting down of cash registers and customer needs and satisfaction. I worked as a Senior Key Holder for a year and a half when I decided I wanted to move over to security. I had started attending college for my Associates in Science Criminal Justice and wanted to get some experience under my belt. I worked security for a year when I was asked to fill a brand newly created position called Game Tape Trainer. I had my own office where I would give a different set of employees each day a microphone and small camera to wear. I would record and listen in to the customer and sales representatives interactions. Once I obtained enough footage, I then used the software system to edit and create training videos that I would use at our morning store meetings to train a group of over 20 employees on how to be the best at Customer Service and Sales. My training videos and sessions were sent out to other Best Buy stores to do the same for their teams. I left the job only because I had my first child, shortly after he was born I enlisted in the Military. Education
