Experience:

At Park University in Gilbert, I play a vital role in the roster construction for our upcoming inaugural season. As Head recruiting coordinator, I am out and about looking for future impact players to come in and help our program from day 1 and beyond. I also assist in coaching our summer league team and will also assist the coaching staff throughout the year.
July 2015-December 2018, Benedictine University in Mesa
At Benedictine University, I assisted the Head coach in any way that was needed during practices and games. I maintained communication with players to help them with any questions and or concerns that may have had regarding baseball or life in general. I also assisted in the evaluation of prospective plyers to be added to our program for future years.
August 2016-June 2019, Friends of The Phoenix Library
At The Friends of Phoenix, I created efficient routes to maximize the amount of books picked up daily with fuel cost in mind. We began with 6-8 stops per week and quickly increased that to 25-30 per week by contacting various libraries, book stores and any other business or non profit groups that are in the book industry. I maintained communication with customers to make sure that their needs were being taken care of. Production increased from approximately 1500 books per week to 20 to 30 books picked up per week. I kept track of everything that was picked up as some customers were paid for the books we picked up. I also spent time loading and unloading trucks as well as minor warehouse responsibilities.
May 2013 – July 2016, Discover Books
At Discover Books, I manage 3 drivers that visit and empty our book donation bins throughout the state of AZ. Upon returning the books to the warehouse, we unload and transfer the books into gaylords and they are shipped out to our DC in California. There, the books are processed and separated to groups that we can resell online, donate to Title 1 schools and or non profit organizations that help under privileged children, or recycled. I handle the daily routing, daily paperwork, unload and transfer the books in preparation to get shipped out. I also do sales visits as we try to obtain permission and permitting for new bin drop off locations. I also handle inventory on a monthly basis, bi weekly payroll, loading and unloading of trucks as well as being involved in community donations of Children's books throughout AZ. We have an exclusive partnership with Fry's Foods as well as Safeway in which they allow us to have our donation bins on their parking lots. I took over an operation that picked up 60K lbs. of books per month. Upon being laid off. we picked up over 200K lbs. per month.
September 2012- April 2013, Genesis/Excel
Walgreens developed pilot program in which they added fresh food, fruits and vegetables, flowers and dairy products to 13 stores in AZ. I was the lead driver in charge of timely delivery to all stores, 7 days per week. I handled orders, customer request and or issues as well as coordinating the delivery of fresh product brought to AZ from California. Walgreens decided to end the project siting that it was too expensive to remodel more stores to accommodate the program.
March 2012- August 2012, Canteen Vending
I am the Micro Market representative. Taking on the idea from a vending
machine, we have convenience store like markets in break rooms of
companies and I am in charge of filling and maintaining the shelves
stocked and looking presentable for customers to shop. I assist
customers with setting up accounts with our self pay kiosk and solving
any issues they may have as well as answering any questions that come
up.
