Job descrip on

7- Assist Chief Engineer in interviewing, selec ng, training, scheduling, coaching and suppor ng associates, ensuring they perform in accordance with established brand or hotel standards and consistent with HHM core values.

8- Conduct room inspec ons and iden fy repair needs . 9- Manage and coordinate bids, quotes and contracts for 3rd party vendors. 10- Oversee small projects, or PIPS, and manage and report on the work progress. 11- Install or repair sheetrock and other wall coverings. 12- Paint designated areas and items.

13- Install and replace basic electrical fixtures.

1- Evaluates electrical systems, products, components, and applica ons by designing and conduc ng research programs; applying knowledge of electricity and materials. 2- Visit physical loca ons where projects are currently underway to monitor task comple on and ensure the goals are being met.
