Report to the World CIO and Company Division Business Unit Controller. Providing executive leadership as head of technology practice. Responsible for all aspects of strategic IT planning, implementation, support and operations management. Managed and delivered multiple large- scale projects on time and within budget. Responsible for budgeting, design and support of all technology aspects of sites as well as Division office. Manage the IT function for each country-office. Set standards. The division manages 500 users in eleven countries.
• Lead, planned and managed the migration from a legacy ERP to and Microsoft Business Solutions Dynamics SL (ERP) current version for all Latin America countries (10). o Achievement: Project planned to be executed in 15 months was completed in 8 and under budget moved from a slow and manual finished process to a full automated environment going from two weeks closing to 5 days.
• Lead, planned and managed the installation and go to production of Vicinity Manufacturing Software.
o Achievement: Project planned to be executed in 8 months was completed in 6 and in budget. In-house made application to an integrated online with the ERP application replacing a lot of work in paper and excel to a full automated environment. Fully barcode controlled improving capturing data 50% faster and accurate.
• Lead, planned and managed the divisional Disaster Recovery plan business continuity procedures for all business units.
o Achievement: Project planned to be executed in 6 months was completed in 6 months and in budget, and meets ISO 9000. This set the bar to be operational in 72 hours

• Lead and managed creating a virtualized environment where all application servers and SQL servers runs all ERP systems over Citrix Terminal Servers Develop and implement policies and procedures. • Ran JDE to enter (Upload) all operations related to the described modules, reviewed and adjusted balances to transactions to show accurate information that matched local information on all modules.
• Ran financials and GP reports for upper management
• Interfaced the Financial system translation (FST) to upload converted financials from different currencies into US Dollars.
• Ran all expense reports from travelers and other sources to be paid by direct deposit.
• Worked with third party developers on implement reports, entry screens, interfaces, based on SDLC processes on both platforms MSBS and JDE.
