I work in the ECU (Phase 5 Building) producing the PCB boards that become your vehicles computer system I create the boards from a blank pcb to a completed pcb with all the necessary components, connectors and ROMs... I'm very knowledgeable when it comes to all the processes that are required for running a SMT LINE from loading the magazines that hold the boards, the Lazer etch & screen printer process the SPI inspection process the Sigma AKA Chip Mounting Machines which at anytime I would run anywhere from 6 to 12 at one time providing and splicing the proper component reels to feed the machines and keep them running. Then they run thru a hugh re-flow oven before going thru AOI Inspection and back into the magazine unloader to be transferred to the Final Assembly Area Scraper/Bander
