PURPOSE
This position requires the employee to be a facilitator in helping residents attain their full potential. This position requires frequent communication with other employees, which may include professional managing and being part of the support staff. This position requires a working knowledge and understanding of the problems of chemical dependency and the behaviors of persons affected by this dependency.
